Contract Cleanup & Burn Completion

• A major milestone was achieved with the execution of a contract to remove supply that had been double-counted for 3-4 years due to a previous error
• Jem successfully coordinated getting the contract executed, eliminating this overhang
• Cleanup and deactivation efforts will follow
• Subgraph update expected to be released in version 0.2 within the next day or two after resolving some technical issues

Budget & Governance

• The 2026 funding proposal has been updated based on community feedback and is now live on Snapshot for voting
• The proposal includes updated 2025 numbers and follows the same reporting structure used since 2024
• Approximately $600,000-$700,000 in the budget represents variable costs that will likely not be used, including legal estimations and audit provisions
• Use of funds happens monthly to spread the impact on supply over time
• A separate Callisto proposal is in development and will be posted soon for community input
